Don’t normally get anxious at the doctors, but as soon as a sat down I started shaking. At first I thought it was a fever because last time I was shaking like that I had covid because I was so cold, but that only lasted one day. Doctor said my temperature was normal and BP ok. My smart watch said my stress was at 99, which is why I assumed anxiety. it’s back to normal value now.

Not good finding out that I’m mortal.
