NEW SAGA Expansion Incoming! The Age Of The Caesars Beckons

Studio Tomahawk has announced that they are releasing a new expansion pretty soon for fans of SAGA! Head back to The Age of the Caesars with a new expansion and march forth with Rome's legions or fight back against their conquests.

The Age of Caesars brings eight factions into the mix, also compatible with The Age of Hannibal and The Age of Alexander. This covers Caesar's Legions, Parthians, Rebels Against Rome, Imperial Romans, Germans, Dacian Kings, Sarmatians and the Palmyran Empire.

You'll also get all of the battleboards for the factions, plus historical background on the period, legendary units and a host of new special rules.

This will also come alongside listings for several mercenaries that can lend their aim to an army that can afford them. There is also a new Strategem system, which allows you to customise your army tactics on the battlefield to suit the changing state of the battle.

Pre-orders are also now available for The Age of Caesars over on the Gripping Beast website if you're thinking of using this as the basis for your Ancient battles.
