10mm Union Assault Regiment Brings Air Support To Armoured Clash

The Union are going to be getting some awesome reinforcements for use in the 10mm wargame, Armoured Clash, by Warcradle Studios. June sees the addition of the Union Assault Regiment to the range, complete with some great air support.

The clue as to the use for this box is in the name. You are going to be getting loads of different assault options out of one set. For example, the Frontier Rangers can talk through difficulty terrain and set up ambushes. The UR-47 Autogyros then swarm the battlefield seeking targets to eliminate with extreme prejudice.

You've also got the likes of the Talon Rotors which are going to be delivering your Dustcutters and infantry into the heart of the action, tackling objectives and bringing them under Union control. The set also features the awesome Minutemen Shock Troopers with their jetpacks at the ready!

4x Frontier Dustcutters
2x UR-47 Autogyros
4x Frontier Rangers
4x Minutemen Shock Troopers
2x Talon Rotors (may also be built as Spectre Gunships)

You can run those Talon Rotors as Spectre Gunships if you'd prefer, making them less of a workhorse to bring your troops into the action and instead providing you with much-needed cover fire from the air. I think this set looks thematically on point and really gets across the lightning-fast strike that the Union can deliver on the tabletop.
