New Heroes Drop Into Warlord Games’ Weird Konflikt ’47
October 5, 2026 by brennon
Pre-orders are now available for a range of different heroes and/or villains for you to add to your Konflikt '47 armies in Warlord's Weird World War wargame. The four characters are joined by a new piece of armour for the Soviets.
Captain Leo Bianchi // Konflikt '47
The first of the miniatures is Captain Leo Bianchi. He was part of the Paragon program, much like "Slammer" Samuels. Unlike Slammer, who gets all the glitzy jobs, Bianchi is an operator who works behind the scenes doing all of the dirty work for the White House.
Whilst the augmentation of Slammer went well, Leo didn't fare as well and suffers from mutations and other issues brought on by the process. He's still gifted; he's just not the front-facing paragon of the program that the US wanted.
He is still a dedicated servant of S-1 and finds himself embroiled in all sorts of covert and brutal schemes against those that would plot against the United States. He also, weirdly, looks a hell of a lot like Justin. Who would have thought our very own Justin was part of some secret government enhancement scheme?
Soviet Heroes
As well as Bianchi, we also have three new characters for the Soviets of Konflikt '47. We kick things off with Svetlana & "Nina".
Svetlana & "Nina" // Konflikt '47
Svetlana Volkova was one of the deadliest snipers of the Soviet Union during World War II, serving as part of the Red Army during Operation Barbarossa and the German invasion of the Soviet Union. When the Rift War began, she was offered the chance for genetic enhancement but refused, a chance not extended to many other skilled female snipers of the Soviet Union.
Despite not being enhanced, she has still risen through the ranks and uses her sniper rifle to great effect. She is also partnered with the Daughter of the Motherland, "Nina". She serves as her spotter and, with her enhanced strength, carries her kit and watches over the deadly killer.
A great set of miniatures that takes the Soviets' penchant for snipers and brings it into the world of Konflikt '47.
The last of the heroes is Commissar Gregor Drugov, who we've seen in previews before.
Commissar Gregor Drugov // Konflikt '47
As we've discussed, Drugov has the benefit of going through the Ursus initiative process but through a complicated series of changes, he can retain his intelligence whilst benefiting from the enhanced strength and endurance that it offers. He died and was brought back three times during the gruelling process but it has now made him into a proper killing machine that also has the benefit of tactical thought!
He has had something of a glow-up since the original miniature and should now fit in quite nicely with the rest of the Ursus you'll be running in your Soviet armies for Konflikt '47.
Enhanced Soviet Armour
As well as the three characters, we also had a new vehicle rolled out for the Soviets of Konflikt '47.
T-34/ZP Medium Tank // Konflikt '47
The classic T-34 has got itself an upgrade with the addition of the powerful Zvukovoy Proeyektor, which, twinned with the tank's manoeuvrability, makes it a force to be reckoned with on the battlefield. A handy way for you to include an up-gunned piece of World War II armour in your Weird World War armies.
All of these miniatures are available for you to pre-order right now to drop into Konflikt '47 soon.
What do you make of the new miniatures?

That T-34/ZP Medium Tank looks like he’s fielding a heater XD
I have a feeling you could use the characters for Ariadna in Infinity or vice versa!
Rifle isn’t long enough.
Space heater on the tank appreciated by all winter troops.
With a barrel that long, every shot is point-blank.
