A really thorough look at these, thank you. Definitely on the list although I’d like to see the cavalry packs out too before going too large on a Goth army. And it has to be Visigoths, they sacked Rome!
You’re right about these being a fantastic generic Dark Age kit, my first thought was to press them into use as Saxons in Dux Britanniarum, box of these, box of Late Romans and a couple sprues of cavalry and you’ve got enough for an entire campaign!
