Now that does indeed look promising!
A lot better than the grunts!
The grunts are still cool!
My bad
looks prety neat, no detailed underside sadly, but hey i’m sure the price point it will have will more than make up for that. I REALLY like that tripple tube launcher, very nice!
Looks like it could be easy enough to convery into a 4 whheeled buggy as well.
Over all a nice fun looking design imo.
Looks bulkier than the artwork but still nice 🙂
Im not sure if I like this or not. A mad max vibe to it.
Im sure in game its gonna be a great asset, the idea of run people down for AI with an AT weapon is amusing
The style reminds me of some of Ramshackle’s post apocalyptic vehicles.
Wow, that’s awesome! It’s even got proper wheels! I like the feel of the Orx so far, very techno-barbaric, in my opinion. They’re not too ramshackle, and not too clean – just right.
The best reason I can think off for the fighting platform would be to stick 5 rifle grunts in and give it two BFGs instead of one, but that results in a much more expensive vehicle under the beta rules, so we’ll really have to wait to see what happens to the transport rules and marauder costs in the full release…
This looks great. It is better than the grunts.
A couple of grunts hanging off the sides ala dark eldar chopping the enemy down would be great 🙂
It would also make a nice alternative to a SM attack bike/Ork trike 🙂
I prefer the look of the concept art. The enclosed cockpit and the spindly front spokes are both changes for the worse, IMO.
I think it looks great ! I was afraid it would look flimsy and elongated because of the concept art, but it’s quite beefy and fits the orx style perfectly.
Very nice.
An excellent model, just as I imagined it.
Marauders > Forgefathers.
Fact.
The models just look a million times better sculpted.
I really wanna start playing this, but if I did, I’d wanna get the Marauder starter set, but I can’t be sure anyone else I know would play it, so unless I get the Fate of the Forgestar set so I can “lend” them the Forgefathers, I’m pretty screwed. >_<
I'll try an' find someone to go halves on the FotF set.
I’m still torn on the grunts … but the buggie, I love it. It has tons of possibilities for just leaving or modding up. Dig it. Keep em comin!
The concept art was beautiful and exciting. But the model isn’t it.
I agree, the enclosed Cockpit looks out of place on a fast attack vehicle. Don’t like it
I actually was worried this one would suck sin a tricke? MEH but now that I see it is beefy and bulky and allot better than the concept art.
At least it doesn’t look like its from 40k.
Nice! Looks like it would make a good Buggie for 40k!
nice model wanna get my hands on one
how much are they going to be? if its too much i would rather proxy it with an ork trukk; as in my opinion they look miles better.
It’s a nice model, but did make me think a little of GI-Joe!
