Old school rock lobba, orc boyz, command, black orcs in metal with command.
I already have a bunch of black orcs in plastic, but ordered the rest.
I ordered 20 orc boyz and the command to give me a second unit to go along side my Brian Nelson “big’uns” and they are a better fit with the lair of the orc warlord characters for warhammer quest
@dags I have a load of the Big ‘Uns, so ordered 40 of the Boyz, plus 2 commands, and the lobba. It would be awesome to have a 4th/5th ed themed Old World army!
If they re-release the old Night Goblins, Forest Goblins, etc – I’ll probably have to remortgage the house 😂
@grantinvanman nice. Mine arrived yesterday, hoping to get them built and priming this weekend.
Forest goblins would be lethal to the wallet. There was an absolutely stunning 5th ed forest goblin army on one of the recent crown of command battle reports on youtube
@dags that’s crazy fast!!!
here’s hoping mine are equally quick; I have the Shaman on Wyvern to lead my army.
I had a MASSIVE all Forest Goblin themed army back in the day, loads of the metal spider riders – they had the most character.
I think I would give my spouse a full on aneurysm if they re-released the old Gobbos (all of them) and would sell a kidney if needed to get them. We call tequila “divorce juice” in my house; I think a gobbo army would test that principle in metal form 😂
@grantinvanman I am just up the road, so that might help.
Very cool I only ever had a few
I do like the metals, although one of the projects I want to get to this year is a saga force with the current plastics, a mix of spiders and some shieldwolf infantry
@dags I’m currently converting AoS Nurgle Warriors to Old World, which is all plastic. Same idea. Nurgle is the only army I don’t have for 40K, so Fantasy won out.
I’m going to GW World in October and meeting up with my UK friends, first time to Nottingham!
@grantinvanman nice is that the project with the lovely festus?
I have a bunch of the avatars of war nurgle warriors, some converted mwtal knights, and other bits I am pondering if I keep. Test model is needed current thought is trying to copy the lost and the damned front cover art
@dags yep! Festus was the start, and I have been getting bases organized for other AoS models. It’s going to be a banger of a project!
