I did the anchors freehand, but the numbers were from a Blood Bowl decal sheet.

Zandri Dust zenith over a dark brown rattle can prime. Then Iron Jawz Yellow Contrast and Vallejo Game Colour Gold Yellow. A little bit of Army Painter Warped Yellow as a highlight/ variation.
