Halo: Campaign Evolved - The Board Game has been designed for one to two players who take Master Chief through his original adventure from the original Xbox days. Of course, this is all because Campaign Evolved, the update on Combat Evolved, is coming out on consoles and PC next month, giving folks another chance to dive back into this original fight against the Covenant.

We don't have many more details right now but I would assume this is going to be a one-versus-many game. One player will take on the role of Master Chief, whilst the other player plays the role of the Covenant forces looking to take him down.

I would imagine it will use the base mechanics from Halo: Flashpoint but with a few tweaks to settle into the idea of being a board game. It's also not like Mantic has a shortage of different miniatures now for the Halo universe, thanks to the most recent reveals and previews!

I could be wrong and it could be cooperative, perhaps with the addition of characters like Sergeant Johnson. I suppose we shall have to wait and see!

What do you think you'll find within this new board game from Mantic?
