They are very detailed (on par with CMON Zombicide series)  and don’t look so freakishly fragile.
The picture doesn’t do them justice, because the detail is sharper.

@blinky465 Bean talk with Gerry? Schmancy. As far as beer I’d say that you miss some things but not others. Honestly I can say that it is a world of flavor that may not be for all palates.

Getting ‘unnecessary tech’ into minis and other models that we play with is absolutely fine. That’s part of the point that pushes us on to do crazy projects. Good luck on your competition and the conversion of the BB ogre.

With regard to DOTT I think that was about the time i was more involved with what Apogee, Psygnosis and Team17 were kicking out.

@limburger Coffee shops… heh heh heh… there’s been legislation on that if my memory serves right from my mid-continental secret base. Now, regarding the soldering iron I’d say that there might well be a future in high end cheese calligraphy in your future. That might’ve been the smell… though it could be the cheese of Birds of Prey.

@blinky465 The photo of my work desk is pretty much my worldly possessions. I have little else that I want/need as I’ve had so many moves in the past. I’ve been practicing minimalism as best I can and still retain my hobby so minis are the hard part of packing.

I recognise that! I gave everything away and went to live on a narrowboat. But I acquired too much “stuff” and had to move back into a house a few years back.

I still have this crazy idea that one day I’ll take my paints and a few minis and just spend three or four months or so floating around, getting on top of my grey pile of shame with little else to distract me! I just need to win over my wife…. (she loved living aboard too, but I think we’d probably drive each other crazy in such a confined space now.)
