Commission of Cosset from the Guild Ball Morticians.
She’s normally in black, but buddy wanted a bloody bride look. Sorry, I didn’t think to capture the process, just then end results.

Been painting up Gerry… I mean Chewie ;D and some of his friends 🙂 almost ready for the tournement im going too in 14 days. Just need to do some basing and they will be completly done 😀

Finished up more work with this Some’r Teeth crew from Malifaux for my pledge of minis for the year. I should start checking off some of these for the spreadsheet.
Troll! (the first of my trolls from Atlantis Miniatures, six more of various sizes to follow)

Second class of the workshop done and I’ve sent this pic in for feedback. First class is up on youtube here if anyone is curious. Second class is still on Twitch from monday and will hopefully be on Youtuve soon..

@lawnor that looks amazing. The shading on the hair is superb. The face maybe needs highlights as the cheekbones and upper lip really stand out where the nose andjaw don’t.
Disclaimer: that could be the light and if I’d painted that I’d be delighted.
I’m getting feedback from the teacher now. He’s had me dull down the upper lip and bring up the tip of the nose a touch. He over-highlighted the upper lip too so we all need to dull it down now. Once he’s happy with my work I’ll post a final shot.
I am very happy with my work, although I know it’s not perfect. It is still far far better than I could have done before. I’ve bought a bust of my own and some point soon I’ll try applying what he taught me.
Found some time to get these objectives for the Batman miniatures game painted as the wash is drying on a commission. Got to play with greenstuffworld uv flour resin on the Ace chemical barrels.

First test base for my 9 ss force for Bolt Action. Not sure if I should leave the road as concrete or make it a dirt road.
Just finished Miss Deed (alt Taleor) for Malifaux, and a piece of scenery form Customeeple for Malifaux as well…
In Mortal Gods some to the scenarios played require objective markers. these can be anything as long as they fit on a 40mm base. So these give a little opportunity to create a little story or moment in time and I have for this one.
Before the Spartans started using the iconic Lambda (Λ), standing for Laconia or Lacedaemon, Spartans painted there shields like the rest of the Greeks. Each warrior would paint a symbol or device on there shield to mark them mark on the battlefield. Most painted large, colourful designs on there shields but one painted a life size bee on his shield. Everyone laughed at the bee saying why, the warriors reply was simple, when you are up close it will be large enough to see.
I have based this shield, which actually I think is a mirror for Warbases, on this story.
