Build Quick WW2 Battlefields With Bandua’s European Village

Bandua Wargames has a neat set of 28mm scale terrain for those who want to get a no-nonsense, quick, pre-painted set of World War II terrain onto the tabletop. See what you make of their European Village.

The European Village has been designed so it's quick, easy and effective to get to the battlefield without much in the way of fuss. It has been designed for 28mm scale wargaming in the likes of Bolt Action but it could work for a lot of 20th Century fighting and maybe even a bit from the 19th Century too.

The bundle, which you can see shown off here, comes with three modular buildings. You get two two-storey buildings and one single-storey building. The set also comes with the ruined walls sections, which are modular and can be put together in different ways to create different scenarios on the tabletop. You can use them as the footprint for a larger, bombed out building that your troops are hiding in alongside the larger structures.

The terrain is made using high-quality MDF and comes pre-painted, so you just need to assemble it. It also features some interior details, as you can see in the image above, with loads of space for those who want to get their troops inside and have a proper skirmish. It doesn't need to be fancy to look great on the tabletop.

The range also comes with a set of four fuel drums which could give you some objectives to be fighting over on the tabletop. Again, it's simple shapes and designs but enough to give you a better-looking battlefield than one which is made up of unpainted plastic and MDF, or maybe even dreaded kitchen implements! It's all pretty reasonably priced as well if you can find it, giving you a good way to crank out a World War II battlefield.
The terrain is available in a bundle but also as individual items if you'd prefer to go that route.
