Fight For The Falklands With Battlefront’s New Team Yankee Sets

Battlefront Miniatures recently released the British for use in World War III: Team Yankee. Alongside that, there will be two Limited Edition Starter Sets for the British and the Argentinians as they battle over the Falklands.

These two Limited Edition Starter Forces are going to be made available at the end of October. On the one side, you have the Commando Company for the British, which comes with a plethora of awesome infantry which most sets for Team Yankee and Flames of War are missing. The other side features the Argentine Marine Rifle Company, again, packed with infantry so you can play out those skirmishes in the Falklands during the Cold War Gone Hot.

This will all be capped off by a new Firestorm campaign based around the Falklands.

Much like previous Firestorm campaign releases, this will be handy for those groups of players diving into Cold War Gone Hot battles together. There will also be a Falklands Axis Of Attack two-player campaign which will be helpful for those wanting to play linked scenarios. Both of these campaigns will be free to download from Battlefront Miniatures in the coming weeks.

One of the main benefits of the Firestorm campaigns is that they take a lot of the headaches about paperwork out of the equation. They also don't rely on a single group of players to run and can handle those who drop out or leap in.
