Secure The Stars & Seas With Crooked Dice’s New Pulp Miniatures
October 5, 2026 by brennon
Crooked Dice added some excellent new 28mm-scale Pulp Sci-Fi miniatures to their collection last week for those dealing with villainous fiends VERY high up and VERY low down. Their new Lunar Command and Submarine Security are available for you to scoop up now.
Lunar Command // Crooked Dice
We start with the Lunar Command in all of their silver glory. You know these outfits chafe like hell and have a high chance of bursting into flames if you're not careful! The set includes four miniatures on the lookout for UFO invaders.
Lunar Command // Crooked Dice
Not only are they sporting exceptional silver outfits but they also have fabulous wigs to go with the look. These look brilliant and should put off any alien invaders. The reflections off the outfits might be enough to blind them so you can get the drop on your enemies.

The miniatures, cast in white metal, are sculpted by Wayne Peters and should be a great way for you to bulk out an existing Pulp Sci-Fi collection. A brilliant callback to the age of retro Sci-Fi on TV and in movies.
They Came From Below!
If the threats come from the depths rather than the skies, then you'll need to call on the aid of the Submarine Security crew and their Support team.
Submarine Security // Crooked Dice
These fellows don't come in bright silver outfits but in equally awkward-to-put-on attire, which is likely to get them drowned as soon as they go anywhere near water. Get aboard your super submarine and prepare the torpedoes so you can blast alien creatures into smithereens beneath the waves!
The Security team comes with four miniatures and the Support team comes with a further three. All of these miniatures have also been sculpted by Wayne Peters and come in white metal.
It's great that the Pulp world still has so much to offer. We just need to make sure Karl and the Crooked Dice crew get around to making Gerry's Boondock Saints at some point.
What do you make of these new Pulp characters?
