Tired Of Jousting? Try McCullough’s Hairfoot Polo Rules & Miniatures

Joseph A. McCullough released the Fantasy jousting whimsy of Hairfoot Jousting last year and it has now been followed up by McCullough jumping into sports with Hairfoot Polo!

Hairfoot Polo will be coming on the 16th October alongside the Hairfoot Jousting Anthology, which will also include the rules for the chicken grab game, pumpkin chuck and the new mounts that you can ride onto the field.

This is a traditional-style ball game that makes use of the same style of figures, rules and templates from Jousting. It just needs a ball. As well as being part of the Anthology, Hairfoot Polo is also available on McCullough's Patreon and available to buy individually from the shop.

The folks at North Star have also been working on some excellent new miniatures for Hairfoot Polo, which you can see in this article. They are looking absolutely brilliant and could be great fun for folks to paint if they're looking for an escape into the world of whimsy.

These miniatures are going to be coming later this month alongside the release of the Polo rules and the rest of the Anthology. If you weren't particularly enamoured by the jousting then maybe a bit of Fantasy Polo could be for you?

It's great to see more miniatures coming out for smaller games like Hairfoot Jousting. We need more companies like North Star that are willing to take a punt on creating miniatures for these smaller, Indie projects that are just a little bit out there.
