Konflikt ’47’s Gregor Drugov Gets A Grizzly New Upgrade
September 18, 2026 by brennon
Konflikt '47's Soviet Bloc Commander, the fearsome Gregor Drugov, is getting something of an upgrade soon from Warlord Games. Touted as a November release, you might be able to pick up this fairly hench new version of Gregor Drugov later this year.
Commissar Gregor Drugov // Konflikt '47
Commissar Drugov was always known as a large brute of a man but when he volunteered for the advanced Ursine Programme, he was levelled up to something else entirely. His modified treatment gave him all of the physical benefits of the process but without the bestial and animalistic side which drives so many of his kin. He is now a fearsome combatant and a strategist in one.
Commissar Gregor Drugov - Comparison // Konflikt '47
As you can see, he has significantly changed from the original version of him that you can see there on the right of the image above. He is decidedly more shredded and looks like he now benefits from a lot more technology and an edge of flamboyance to go with his status within the Soviet Bloc army.
He was originally just armed with an Assault Rifle (you can see the old miniature set HERE) but I would guess he's going to have all sorts of quirky new rules when you get him to the tabletop in your games of Konflikt '47 in its new iteration.
Warlord Games appear to be really going for it when it comes to the new edition of Konflikt '47 with all sorts of brilliant miniatures, both reinventing older ones and bringing new ones to the tabletop.
What do you make of the upgrade to Commissar Gregor Drugov?

I’m for sure buying this guy. All of the new Konflikt’47 range is amazing!
I’m so happy we have Warlord Games, they are what Games Workshop was 10-15 years ago.
