Westfalia Miniatures, the team from Limithron and Will RD are working together on an impressive trio of Kickstarter campaigns to celebrate playing Pirate Borg, Dark Fantasy skirmishes, on the tabletop. See what you make of these stunning new miniatures.

Westfalia are supplying those who want to dive into their Pirate Borg roleplaying and From The Depths skirmish wargaming with some absolutely stunning miniatures sculpted by an impressive dream team of sculptors.

We start with the impressive Pirate crew, which you can use to represent your skirmishing crew in From The Depths but also the range of different archetypes in Pirate Borg. All of them have been meticulously sculpted to be packed with character and detail to make them a dream to paint.

The Pirates look impressive but I think the big winner from this particular campaign comes in the form of the Skeletons. Who doesn't like an undead crew ready to plunder the open ocean forever?

The nice thing about the Skeletons is that they are incredibly animated, very much in the vein of Monkey Island skeletons or the undead pirates from Pirates of the Caribbean. You could either go with a really grim and dirty paint scheme for these pirates or something a bit more ethereal, perhaps with a ghostly feel to them.

The last of the big sets is for the Zombies, the shambling host that could be additional crew for your skeletons or enemies to everyone!

All of the miniatures come from the sculpting team of Boris Woloszyn, Paul Hicks and Dimitris Kampuridis, who have worked to bring physical sculpting, scanning and digital sculpting together to create a stunning range of miniatures for your Pirate Borg adventures.

As well as all of those miniatures, you can also get your hands on some brilliant Stretch Goals which will give you more options for playing both the roleplaying game and skirmish wargame.

The monkeys are amazing and the Redcoats, sculpted by Paul Hicks, would be great for your Dark Fantasy games but also your more Historical clashes on the tabletop. All of the miniatures that you see here are available as physical miniatures (apart from the terrain and Leviathan). If you'd like to get your hands on STL files for these miniatures, there is a separate campaign running on MyMiniFactory.
