Warhammer Old World: The Greater Nurgle Army Rotten Project

About the Project
Having stumbled across Nurgle minis in my stash, I’ve decided to make an Old World Warhammer army using heavily converted Age of Sigmar minis. Updated plan: rip the base off. Put Festus on an Old World dragon size base. Add wings (from plague drones) and make him a chaos lord on dragon for Old World.

Two heroes (villains?) - Rotulus and Reamus
Quick build AoS characters put on 30mm square bases with the cork that I used for Festus to keep the basing consistent. Added pumice gel as per the Festus model too.
Chaos Lord Festus on Slug-Dragon
My parts from donor kits arrived today! I wasted no time to clip out a pair of beautiful rotting wings and two nurglings for the conversion to the Chaos Lord Festus, now set in Warhammer: the Old World.
New base, Warhammer: Old World
Started the move from the AoS oval to the “dragon sized” base for Festus, Chaos Lord on beautiful butterfly dragon.
Festus, Leech-Lord in final form
Festus has been a staple Nurgle hero and has risen to his final blessed form with this latest model. All hail rot and pestilence!
A mix of a lot of techniques – airbrush, contrast paints, blending, glazing, and a custom made base. Base is for Age of Sigmar, which I have the rules for, but no armies built.
