Colin's sculpting for Ragnarok Miniatures is absolutely top-notch, and this collection is no different. The range dives into 937 AD where armies of the Anglo-Saxons were battling against the likes of the Strathclyde Welsh, the Scots, and an army from Dublin of the Norse Gael. All of that is represented here as part of SAGA-styled warbands as well as smaller sets that can be used to bolster existing armies.

The range has two large six-point SAGA warbands for the Armies of Wessex under Athelstan and the Mercians led by Edmund and the famous Uthred of Bebbanburg. This host can then be arrayed against a set of four-point SAGA warbands for the aforementioned Welsh, Scots and the Norse Gaels coming over from Dublin to join the fighting.
