Thats a lot of stuff! Looks awesome indeed. That dragon is looking good at the back lol
Looking forward to this being released. By the looks of things it’ll be “cute” enough to persuade all manner of non-gamers to play 🙂
Yep after my other half actually admitted that perhaps gaming was cool after all she seemed quite excited by the prospect of playing a dungeon crawler with characters from 8-bit Japanese RPGs from the 80’s!!! Looking good so far and I’m glad I’ve got it on pre-order now I’ve seen how much stuff is in the box.
That is what is tempting me.
Some of that girls at our library club might be more inclined to have a go at this rather than WH.
Sadly the cost and time needed to paint them are limiting factors for me 🙁
Certainly looks an exciting package and the pre release price is very good given the contents imho (thanks for that info Siygess and Ade73)
Anyone know the size of the minis please?
They look larger than 30mm but pics can be so deceptive with good quality minis.
I was going to buy Super dungeon explore regardless, but thats even better than I was hoping for!
I think the most amazing thing about this game is the price.. $71.99 is the pre-order price I’ve seen in the US and that’s dirt cheap considering the number and (apparent) quality of the miniatures. Now I just need to find out where I can pre-order this in the UK!
Let us know when you find it 🙂
You can pre-order it from these guys:
http://www.gameslore.com/acatalog/PR_Super_Dungeon_Explore_Board_Game.html
They have it listed at £54.99 (RRP is £69.99)
Odd that was the first place I looked! I guess my search-fu is weak!
Thanks!
OG Games is where I pre-ordered mine from and I’ve had nothing but damn fine service off of OG Games:
http://www.oggames.co.uk/super-dungeon-explore.html
Can’t wait to get my hands on it now.
No worries, my search-fu is strong. Many hours i have spent making my eyes go square 😉
I was thinking about picking it up, but at £55 it’s a bit steep for something i may only play very occasionally. It does look like great fun though.
If i can convince the wife to give it a try then maybe Santa will come early this year?
So £55 + postage or c£60 post free. Much the same thing really. Eeny, meeny, miny, mo…
@ade73 I too thought the same way as you a few months back, but I decided to actually start playing more board games again like I did when i was a kid. Turns out they’re a really good way of involving friends and family in the hobby who would otherwise not be interested and you’d be surprised how often I now play a board game or two after dinner mid week. I’m still a wargamer at heart but board games have definitely made an impact on my hobby time and just how much more hobby I’m doing now.
Now thats a game worth having.
Cant wait to get my hands on super dungeon explore.Just take a look at those fantastic minis and the game looks really fun to play. Looking forward to relic knights, the models are cool and the preview of the cards has got me all excited.
I am amazingly excited about this stuff!
