Be rude not to…..

Yes i am excited for tanks and will at least get the starter box.
Guys i love your unboxings, they’re one of my highlights every week, so thanks for the entertainment … and education on tanks and history 😉
That made my morning. I’ve never seen John so happy….
WOT on tabletop!
I’ll play @johnlyons only if I can use the Australian AC l, AC lll, & AC lV.
(psst @johnlyons, I could send you some 15mm copies of the AC sentinels if you wax lyrical about them!)
Looks really cool, I did in fact get the box too, cause it looks like War Thunder-the tabletop game, but without Russian Bias(TM).
Great “Tanks Unboxing” show, and great to see John happy as hell, but then again who wouldn’t be………
Will be picking the starterset up, but may look in to getting the Russains…..
For some reason I’m thinking of the Monty Python ‘spam’ sketch, except with ‘Tanks’ …
I think @johnlyons likes tanks
Excellent unboxing and BF’s plastics are improving.
Jagdpanther was a way of making the PaK43 mobile in its KwK 43 form. That L71 version of the 88mm outperformed the L70 75mm of the Panther and the L56 88mm in the Tiger 1.
Going to be picking this box set up soon. I can see a lot of zvezda purchases on the horizon too
whit so many tanks made by FoW, and so far so very few statcards in Tanks, i guess “house rules” will be the norm.
to not make a stat card for the tiger in wave 1,2 or 3 is a sin!
As far as i know the game only “supports” plastic tanks at the moment thats why many of the available tanks have no cards
Wave 2 isn’t out yet… 😉
Tanks!
Best Unboxing video ever.
This game is on my list – seems like a really easy way for me to get some WWII going.
Picked this up at Salute. Fun quick to play little game to fit in at the end of a evenings gaming. You could quite easily play this with as many players as you like. Very much like X wing with Tanks.
I’m pretty sure Wave 2 hasn’t really been shown yet. It’s not quite like Armada where each months releases are considered a “wave”.
I could be wrong, but I’m sure we will see more vehicles soon. Not sure if they will all be plastic, will be interesting if they are.
I wonder what they did in this video.. .. Unboxed something? 😉
Small chibi puppies, perhaps… The video wasn’t very clear. 😉
Would love to give this a spin. Still waiting for my box.
Constructively, there doesn’t seem to be as much production vale in the cards as say, Xwing. Hopefuly it plays well, though.
I would love to see this become as popular as xwing has, especially given the volume of people playing WoT, War Thunder, etc. But I imaging the “some assembly required” (the part I personally love) is going to drive most casual tabletop gamers away.
Guys – you have to do a mass BoW Tanks battle report with each one of you as a tank commander with one tank on the tabletop. A BoW Royal Rumble if you will 🙂
Good to see this unboxing just as I finish my first starter box models. If only i had seen ti before I had glued the Panther upper hull in place!
I haven’t yet played the game but will build my second starter box models first – yes I got two starter boxes! I thought it would be a cheaper way to build up some forces before delving in to the expansion tanks available.
looking forward to the battle report.
You also get another copy of the rules and cards to loan out to friends
WE’RE WATCHING TANKS! 😀
Hey @johnlyons What are you unboxing?
By the way, 18:10, spot on! 🙂 I don’t play with tanks, yet I still watch these videos.
The TANK’S look brilliant.
Did they ever do that battle report?
