That is awesome!!! Dont know if you believe in coincidences… but it just so happens i started my necron army tonight!!! WHAT ARE THE ODDS!?!?! At the moment i only have my destroyer lord, 1 destroyer and 4 warriors assembled, but i will most definitely be getting some of those crystals… perfect for objective markers 🙂
Darrell’s obsession with green crystals sounds bit skaven’ey to me… Keep an eye on him in case he starts gnawing on them.
p.s. Battlefield in a Box products are fantastic for pre-painted terrain. I’ve never been disappointed with them, and the price is really competitive. Nice to see you guys review some of their stuff. War Torn Worlds is another great company for pre-painted terrain…all made from recycled rubber…really cheap and durable.
Now I want a Starcraft Tabletop….

Those would really hot with some Skaven.
Now those are some awesome looking terrain pieces. I’d love to make an underground cavern table with them!
My clubs terrain budget will be seriously looking at gale force 9’s stuff….those crystals are high up the list

I love these crystals but i have to say if you have the resources you can make your own natural crystals fairly easy it will cost a bit more than these but you can get an entire 4′ by 6′ boards worth of crystals in the long run… i will try to get a link for the tutorial for it if you guys are interested
I don’t know if its the camera or my eyes but they seem to have a glow to them, it’s quite cool.
I saw that these were coming out from GF9 some time ago and instantly thought Necrons too. Thanks for putting this up because it’s cool to see them before buying. You’re right – those small crystals will make awesome objective markers. I’m going to pick up a set for sure now.
