Abraham and woodland camo
Sorry for the hiatus! I was busy ripping out and re-plumbing the utility ready for new layout and cupboards to go in.
I decided to go back in with everyone’s favourite tough guy, Abraham.
The comic series doesnt actually stipulate his camo scheme, even in the colour images, just generic green camo. It’s certainly not the modern MTP pattern i did for my British in Afghan so that leaves us with the old M81 Woodland pattern.
Here i used copilot to guestimate the right colours for woodland and then did a generic splodging pattern to ‘represent’ the camo pattern. It came out fine, then i went and put an agrax earthshade wash over the whole thing! I forgot what i learned doing the MTP, only recess wash, don’t bathe it!
It is still camo, just really dark camo now. I shall have to remember this when i do the next version of him!
For reference the order of painting for the camo was
green
brown
khaki
black
this was just to try and match what appears to be the layout of the disruptive pattern.
