That colours of war book looks to be a great resource, and these new starter bundles seem a great deal.
I’d say it is a must-buy for anyone playing FoW or Team Yankee, because it covers stuff that the building instructions don’t explain (like the explanation of the various markings)
Any idea the price on the starter set?

Will be glued to the boot camp all weekend, my Hit the Beach arrived today so I can join in all the fun.
What a great way to celebrate the 75th anniversary of D-day. I was lucky enough to be at Omaha beach on the 70th anniversary 5 years ago and it was a highlight of my life. The history, the sacrifices and the stories were just so awesome. Glad to see Flames of War still going strong, love that game, just need my super microscope glasses when it comes to painting the soldiers. Have a great camp fellas.

Can we get an unboxing for Fury and maybe a play through. Interested to see if this is a viable tank only game with a bit more depth that Tanks skirmish game.
Fury isn’t a separate game, it’s just a Flames of War starter set with only tanks in it
Looking forward to this after seeing the vlogs of the table setups. For me, I would pick the German force and once they are done I’d move onto the British.

This is so great lads. To do this bootcamp on this weekend. I’ve been reading the “this time in 1945” posts, watching the shows the tv has done for D-Day and I don’t mind saying I’m tears.
It looks like FOW is creating great starter bundles to make it easy to get involved.

Teach these kids well. Used to be you could find history book about this war in school libraries. Much harder now.

I’ve been waiting for these releases and it just seems great. Very good value, so much things, pretty inexpensive compared to some other wargames. This will draw people into it for sure.
