Rasta's Log of Sporadic Painting [Epic, AoS, WFB, DystWars and small buildings]

And a battery of Basilisks (circa 1995) was painted up as well.

Some more progress – one infantry company with a commissar upgrade

And the whole force as it stands right now:

I still have about as much to paint up, I believe.

In the meantime, this last infantry company is probably representing a shift in my basing. This was still a test to see whether I like it. This is a problem, though, as it could represent having to rebase the rest of the ones that are already painted…

Great work

Thanks, mate! I’m currently on a very old forumware Leviathan that I picked up some 6-7 years ago, I think. I’m trying to get it done by tomorrow!

That was a true beast of a model. Look forward to seeing it

Oh my god, I miss this game so much. Amazing work on the models man. Thanks for the massive nostalgia shot as well. ‘Adeptus Titanicus’, my arse!

Thanks @warbossd, I plan on having a go at the AT models as well, but Epic Armageddon is always where my hear’s at. If I only had one game for the rest of my life, this one would be it for sure!

@torros as soon as I get it ready, there’ll be pics 🙂

[torros 23841xp 0]

Good to hear about the pics

Epic 40,000 was always my favourite. Jervis Johnston and Andy Chambers thought ( until recently maybe) the best set of rules they conceived and I would agree with them

And here it is, an old forumware Leviathan Mobile Command center that I managed to get my hands on quite a number of years ago. I may still come back to it and add markings to the top turret and maybe some decals to the front panels, but for now it’s done

@torros I only played Epic 40k once right at the time it came out and I do have it but didn’t much like it at the time (likely I was much too young and invested in Titan Legions), but am now on a mission to retry all epic rulesets, and that one will for sure be among them 🙂

I’m a bit behind in modern speak but  guessing forumware means proxy

Given that you’ve done  great job again . Well done

Im glad you said that I had no idea what people were talking about.

[torros 23841xp 0]

Yeah it’s just old age I think. I’m still getting to grips with mobile phones

[rastamann 2785xp 0]

Yes, forumware are proxy fanmade models that sometimes show up on ebay.

Wow, that’s a super-nice model as well as a really good paint job.
