nah … we wants the real Sabrina :
and because it’s summer …
Lights are in … It’s magnificent.
they eyes must have been the hardest part of the model.
they terrify me … so success ?
@limburger The eyes look a lot more shocking in the photo. I think ideally I should have re-applied the skin colour above and below the eye to make them more oval shaped.
@danlee She doesn’t look cross eyed so I’d call that a win. It’s at this stage that you might end up making it worse, which is annoying and terrifying. At least I wouldn’t know how to undo mistakes.

I managed to bend one of the light strips a bit too far while installing them.
While it does work after a bit of percussive maintenance I did file a support request in the Govee app.
I wasn’t expecting anything, but they did respond by sending me a new product to replace the (partially) defective one free of charge. That is kind of cool.
The thread is still alive! Woot! Good to see more stuff going and get more things for audio accompaniment while painting. I’ve got some stuff done and threw it into my regular feed. Here’s a tidbit based on Red River hogs from Africa.

Testing the brightness control for my phone’s camera

The thread is still alive!
Because we use the very expensive machine that goes PING
Tiny dragon, big boar. Sounds like a martial arts movie XD
But what about the machine that goes *ding* ?
oh … and make sure the machine that goes *pong* is in sync or else weird things will happen.
Blasted heat is making progress on my war room and related 1:1 scale terrain slower than I’d like, but things are getting done.
I keep getting ideas on how to finish the tabletop.
First there was Goblin Green, but now I am having yet another brainwave involving a blackboard.
Maybe finish one thing first and play an actual game first ?
and music …. we need more
