Guts And Doom! Fight Splendid Little Wars With Baraka

Baraka Games and Miniatures has released a new set of infantry combat rules for fighting between 1898 and 1939. Guts and Doom is now available for you to download for free, and if you're interested in miniatures, they have those two!

Guts and Doom // Baraka Wargames

Guts and Doom contains rules for infantry-based combat covering the end of the 19th Century but also through into the first portion of the 20th Century. This covers colonial battles, revolutions, civil wars and even World War I.

Chain of Command // Guts and Doom

The idea is that this set of rules can cover the likes of those Splendid Little Wars through to obscure conflicts. Your infantry platoon, led by an officer, will be fighting for a variety of nations around the world, scrapping to take and hold objectives in the dirt, sand and the rain. A proper game of foot-slogging grunts.

Firing // Guts and Doom

As Baraka Games and Miniatures mentioned, you can fight for the fate of nations in "the hills of Cuba or Mexico, the trenches of Verdun, the Rif Mountains, Libya, Abyssinia, the streets of Madrid, Warsaw or Shanghai". A solid set of rules for pretty much everything from this period.
