May 13, 2026 by brennon

Pre-orders begin soon for a brand-new two-player battle box for Infinity! Operation Mazebreaker will be up for pre-order at the end of May on the 29th and sees the forces of ALEPH clashing with the Nomads for this Sci-Fi skirmish game.

Operation Mazebreaker - Infinity

Operation Mazebreaker // Infinity

Here's some of the background for this particular introductory battle pack and the clash that awaits...

"Beneath the surface of Akiyama, Shinju's largest moon, an alien labyrinth hides xenotech capable of reshaping the Human Sphere's balance of power. ALEPH seeks it to preserve order; the Nomads want it for survival. Both factions descend into the maze, racing to claim the prize at its heart."

Inside the box, you'll find two complete starter forces that will give you everything that you need for playing your first games of Infinity N5. You'll be able to learn to play the game through a series of fast-paced two-player missions and then dive deeper into the Sci-Fi world of Infinity as you get inspired to expand your factions of choice.

Operation Mazebreaker ALEPH - Infinity

Operation Mazebreaker ALEPH // Infinity

On one side of the conflict, you have the forces of the ALEPH. The Operations Subsection of the SSS contains miniature features: three Tacbot Dikpalas with Combi Rifles, Asura with Spitfire, one Naga with Boarding Shotgun, one Shukra with MULTI Rifle and then one Sharvara HoundBot with Adhesive Launcher Rifle.

You get some gorgeous new miniatures for the forces of ALEPH that really lock into the Cyberpunk vibes of the faction. I really like the miniature for Asura in particular, her powerful pose crushing one of her enemies into the floor. The blade flickering from her right wrist also looks awesome.

Going up against the forces of ALEPH, you have the Nomads.

The Jurisdictional Command of Corregidor contains: three Gatta Alguacile with Submachine Guns, one Corregidor Bandit with Submachine Gun, one Bearcat Paramedic with AP Submachine Gun, one Territorial with AP Submachine Gun and a Vigilante with Boarding Shotgun. This adds another set of stunning 28mm scale metal miniatures to the collection for someone diving into Infinity.

The theme of the Nomads tends to lean towards a more industrial level of Sci-Fi, where the Nomads bring together all sorts of different technology in order to fulfil their aims. It's a great alternative Sci-Fi aesthetic to play around with next to the sleek, clean look of ALEPH.

This set also comes with everything else you need to play Infinity.

The set also comes with a set of double-sided Novaro Xeno-Hall cardboard scenery (four Modules, three Stalagmite Barriers, one Containment Pod, and one Biotech Platform). You also get the game mat, your dice (themed to the Nomads and ALEPH), your markers, templates and a measuring tool. Everything in one box to start playing your skirmishes in the Human Sphere.

With all of this, plus the aforementioned tutorial missions, you have everything that you need to get stuck into playing the game and having a lot of fun with basically just this before you expand at all!

Beyond Operation Mazebreaker

If you do want to expand beyond Operation Mazebreaker, you can also get your hands on the Beyond box, which comes with reinforcements for both the Nomads and ALEPH.

This set contains miniatures for both factions. The Corregidor gets one Shifta with Thunderbolt, one Coyote with MULTI Marksman Rifle and one BambaBot with Chain Rifle, whilst the OperationS set comes with one Dasyus Hacker with AP Submachine Gun, one Kinnara Scoutbot with Submachine Gun, and one Kinnara Scoutbot with Vulkan Shotgun.

This is another set of metal figures which will give you some more intricate and interesting tactics to master beyond the Operation Mazebreaker set. I really like the Bambadroid and the Scoutbots in particular, adding a bit more of a robotic vibe to both sides.

Ruby Monday Exclusive!

Last but not least, we have an exclusive miniature that will be available during the pre-order window. See what you make of Ruby Monday!

Ruby Monday - Infinity

Ruby Monday // Infinity

Ruby Monday is a new mercenary that you can throw into your games.

"Ruby’s life is both blessed and cursed—hunted by megacorps, unsure if her internal symbiote will make her a power or a ticking time bomb. Her only solace remains the Kazureibu’s wild, liberating music."

She is a versatile and agile specialist who can be added to one of your army lists. She has now been physically enhanced and is able to "speak" to alien artefacts, which seems like a rather strange skill but I'm sure that it will put her in some awkward situations when various factions are in need of her abilities.

As mentioned above, pre-orders for Operation Mazebreaker will run from 29th May to 15th June, both online and at your local stores. There will also be a limited number of copies of Operation Mazebreaker at UKGE if you want to get your hands on a copy before anyone else.
