Black Scorpion’s New Snarling Fantasy Norse Are Looking Amazing!

Black Scorpion Miniatures are creating all sorts of awesome new 32mm Fantasy miniatures at the moment and one of their most recent previews was for an excellent range of Norse Warriors for to use when raiding and pillaging the lands.
Norse Lord // Black Scorpion Miniatures
Leading the way, we have the awesome Norse Lord. He has clearly gained the blessings of the gods and looks ready to cleave and smash his way through anyone who dares get in his way. I like all the mythological nods present in his accessories, like the Mjolnir on his belt and the twin ravens on his shoulders, watching into the future and preparing messages for the rest of his kin.

Interestingly, the miniature also has a few trophies which have been claimed from the slain. He has a couple of badges that could have been torn from the armour of the soldiers of Breninmoor during one of his raids. He also has plenty of weapons should he ever drop that hammer and axe. There's a sword on his belt and a couple of knives. You can never have too many knives.
The Norse Lord is backed up by who I like to think is his daughter, the Norse Warmaiden.

She has an equally fearsome-looking axe as her weapon of choice and that shield that is going to look brilliant once you've worked in the gold knotwork and a solid wash. I could imagine her being the actual general of the Norse Lords army, leading the other warriors into battle whilst her father seeks out a champion worthy of his attention. That big wolf cloak is going to be really fun to paint.
Last but not least, we have a set of four Norse Warriors who will be rampaging into battle soon.

The fellow on the left has just taken some time out of his techno rave holiday to come join the others. I think all of them look absolutely brilliant although I have a soft spot for the fellow on the right. He is a true barbarian and you could imagine that hair (it's definitely a wild red) whipping around in the wind, rain soaking his pale skin, which is covered in tattoos. He draws those two swords and roars to the heavens before charging right into the enemy lines.
What do you make of the new Norse Warriors? They should be coming very soon, perhaps as soon as October!
