The previews continue to pour in for the updated and refreshed Ogor Mawtribes of Warhammer Age of Sigmar. Games Workshop recently revealed another character coming to the army, the brutal cannoneer, Grell Firefist, alongside some fur-clad Ogor Hunters.

Grell Firefist - Warhammer Age of Sigmar

Grell has wandered far and killed pretty much everything there is to kill. She will fight for anyone if the price is right and can blow away ranks of the enemy with her cannon, Blastbelch. She may have blown off her own hand in pursuit of her love of black powder but that just means she has an extra weapon to make use of when the enemy gets close.

She has a great ability in-game which allows her to fire her cannon and distract the enemy (whilst they pick bits of shrapnel out of their bodies), allowing her Ogor comrades to retreat and prepare for another charge on the unfortunate target of her ire.

She also makes use of Ogor Made Ammunition, which allows her to pack her cannon with all sorts of shot, increasing the amount of damage that she can send the enemy's way. Another great miniature for the Ogor Mawtribes. Perhaps she's an indication of where the Leadbelchers are going to go in terms of design for the new Ogor Mawtribes army?

New Ogor Hunters

Another of the units previewed in the wake of the big reveal was that of the Ogor Hunters who have also got an upgrade.

Hunters fight ahead of the Ogor army, hunting down targets and clearing away the enemy's scouts with fearsome weapons and their pack of Sabrefangs. As well as looking awesome, laden down with their trophies and makeshift armour, they also have a great ability which means they can vanish from the battlefield and appear in ambush, ready to strike at unsuspecting enemies. The Sabrefangs are no pushover either, able to rip and tear their way through whatever the Ogors deem is a worthy kill.

Games Workshop really has gone all-in on upgrading the Ogor Mawtribes for Warhammer Age of Sigmar and it bodes well for how the Fyreslayers might turn out later this year. Has this new look for the Ogors tempted you to try them as a faction in Warhammer Age of Sigmar?
