Two Twisted New Characters Coming To TTCombat’s Carnevale Soon

TTCombat has introduced two new miniatures to the world of Carnevale, with both being available to pre-order right now ahead of a release at the end of this week. These two characters look like they might be the evil villains of the piece in their own ways.

Patient 42 // Carnevale

The Doctors of the Ospedale get access to one of the most notorious serial killers in Venice. Patient 42 was infamous for ripping out the throats of his victims with his teeth (hence the safety mask around the lower half of his face!). He was captured by the Ospedale and then subjected to horrific experiments.

His arms were replaced with claws and the energy pack on his back pumps toxins into his brain and muscles, increasing his strength but also his immunity to injuries that would bring a normal person low.

Patient 42 // Carnevale

He is now a living weapon, kept in a cage by the Ospedale until the right moment. When he is unleashed, he rushes forward in a berserk fury, cutting down everything in his path. It will then take a lot of attendants (and a lot of lost limbs) to strap him back into his cage and wheel him back to the asylum. Terrifying but in the coolest way!

The miniature also looks cool, showing this 32mm miniature for Patient 42 charging forward, claws swinging, ready to cut down some poor unfortunate that stepped into his path.

The Eater Of Sins

If you'd prefer to go more esoteric with your Carnevale collection, then you can also pick up The Eater of Sin, who serves The Vatican in games of Carnevale.

The Eater of Sin is a Vatican priest who offers you salvation through destruction. He can devour a sinner's soul whilst keeping damaged fragments of the most heinous in the living necklace around his neck. When he consumes those souls, he is empowered and can unleash devastating blasts at his foes, leaving behind charred husks.

If there is a lot of sin for him to consume, he can burn all of it in a raging inferno, which catches everyone and uses the weapons of the enemy against them. He also features that hideous mask, which gives him a screaming face, echoing that of the sinners that he has consumed. I think someone wants their Dark Souls bad guy back.

This is another brilliant miniature which taps into the creepier side of The Vatican in games of Carnevale. He seems like he would be neat against the other valiant knights of The Vatican, giving you a point of difference to them and their shining armour. I'm sure his allies are as wary of him as his enemies at times!
