To join yoda I also picked up Mara Jade, character wise I’ve always found her more interesting than the main characters of star wars.
The Lloydy shot not the money shot...I will either have to home brew some rules for he or use the rules for Luke or kenobi and just have her as a proxy, but this girl is definatly being included in all my games.
Wish she is made new canon. So wish.
Yoda is he.
Found a nice little store on shapeways that do roughly legion scale minis.
So I just had to get a couple. Especially yoda here. Wonder what his rule card would look like if they did rules for him.
Orphan Blue
And the basic building block of the second squad is painted up. Also started to get everything based after I decided what I wanted.
Orphan Yellow
While the classic stormtroopers are one of the best scifi troops going, only really topped by scout troopers, but that’s by the by, the clone troopers do look pretty snazzy.
These guys were actually done before kenobi but who says you got to show things in order. Definatly not George Lucas.
Spray primed with halfords plastic primer white, used instar’s oxide yellow I got through asset drop, lovely colour and lovely paint to work with.
Slap on some contrast white paint and black, then a bit of tidying up and they are done.
Ok nobi? Oh Kenobi
Every army needs a leader and the clone wars box set comes with general kenobi. So yesterday and today I started to work on the man himself. Here’s the finished article.
