New Ork Nobz & Warbikes Zoom Into Warhammer 40,000
August 11, 2026 by brennon
Games Workshop have dropped more previews of what's coming out for the Orks in Warhammer 40,000's 11th Edition. One of the mainstays of the Grimdark gets some elite new Nobz for you to play with on the tabletop alongside some growling engines in the form of Warbikes.
Ork Nob // Warhammer 40,000
Nobz form the elite, veteran element of any Ork army. They are Orks that have survived many, many battles and being stabbed in the back by their comrades. They are bigger and tougher than your average Ork Boy and come equipped with all sorts of special weapons to kill their foes. This new plastic set represents those Orks!

The set comes with enough miniatures to build five Nobz, each armed with a variety of weapons. You can give them a variety of melee weapons like powered blades, klaws and just good ol' fashioned bludgeons.

Ork Nob with Skorcha // Warhammer 40,000
You can also arm them with a selection of ranged weapons, pumped up and customised to produce just the right amount of dakka. There is also a Nob who comes with a fearsome skorcha that will turn you into a heap of ash. Well, after you've finished screaming. The set also comes with miniatures representing three Grot hangers-on who carry the spare guns and ammunition for the Orks.
These new Orks miniatures carry plenty of detail and I like that they're in a bunch of cool poses so they feel dynamic on the battlefield. I think folks are going to have a lot of fun painting these up, especially when you start to include all of the different clan markings.

If you're more of a Speed Freek, then you can also pick up a new set of updated Warbikes for your Orks soon.
Ork Warbike // Warhammer 40,000
Each of the Ork Warbikes comes armed with dual dakkaguns, which can be used to riddle your enemy with bullets as you rip across the battlefield. The Biker Nob can also get a special upgrade which switches out the dakkaguns for rokkits. You might be able to smash your way through a tank or two with those.

All of that effort then transfers into the Warbikes smashing into combat with choppas at the ready. This is a really good update to a very, very old set of plastic miniatures. I like that you could go down the route of running these as traditional Speed Freeks, or you could do some kitbashing and customisation to fit whatever clan you want to run.
Could this tempt you to pick up a new set of Orks for 11th Edition Warhammer 40,000?

Can we get just a big box of grotz? I’d love that 🙂
Yes please
We need more Nobz in power armour. I just like the idea that Orks see Space Marines and think, I can do better.
