Scrap In The Arena With Infinity HexaDome Legends Coming Soon

Corvus Belli will be taking pre-orders at the end of July for their brand-new two-player arena-based clash, Infinity HexaDome Legends! This new game, packed with personalities, is going to be landing soon for some high-octane tabletop action.

HexaDome Legends is a two-player arena combat board game where you'll draft your team, made up of larger-than-life characters from the Infinity universe. You'll then fight it out over the course of five rounds to see if you can win the crowd in this Sci-Fi gladiatorial contest.

The game rewards those who master the art of positional combat and objective control. When you dive in, players will also be making use of unique card-driven abilities for the different members of their team. Each contender in the game comes with unique skills and roles that can be combined together, alongside clever timing and combo use, to make sure that you get the upper hand at the tabletop.

As Corvus Belli mentioned in their description of the game, your team is your weapon and you'll have to use their strengths and master their limits in order to win the day. Because of the drafting nature of the game, you've also got the opportunity to explore loads of different combinations as you craft your perfect team.

Folks who have played Aristeia! will be familiar with a lot of the concepts presented as part of this game. HexaDome Legends has had an overhaul, though, with a new visual redesign and refreshed dice symbols alongside a new active status system instead of passive statuses. You'll also find that the rules have been made clearer so it's easier to get stuck into your games.

You have Valkyrie, who is an unstoppable force, freezing enemies where they stand and then using that to dominate positioning and hold the line alongside your objectives.

The second of the characters in the set is Nadir, who corrupts the arena with the use of lethal toxins. Drain the strength of your foes and boost your allies. This gives you a lot more arena control and, in turn, more build options and combinations for your regular HexaDome games.
