I think we might be ‘Must-buy-miniatures’ not Mustelids.

Wednesday my dudes.

Had a fun stream last night.

But something strange happened:

Someone needs to check on Gerry’s mental health! Is an irishman allowed to use those words together?

Might have accidentally bought 0200 Hours Starter Set. It’s been my list a long time and I finally weakened.

We need more music … and some proper blues by an ol’ man with a proper long beard:<br />https://youtu.be/lYj13UevFK0?feature=shared

The only good blues is the Blues Brothers… (and not the sequel)

[limburger]

Theres’ a few nice songs in the wannabe-sequel … but yeah, it should not have been made.

“We’re on a mission from GOD!!!” 😀

(silly fun fact : only cosplay I ever did was as Elwood Blues 😀 … ’cause that’s just a black suit & tie. It’s also only time I wanted to wear a suit 😉 )

I finished another one of my skin tones practice models. I’ll be skipping painting for another week now given we’re in for another heatwave.

Pledge:: currently working on ‘Dead Man’s Hand’  by assembling lots of buildings and also constructioning ‘Rome’. Been hammering the MDF this month.

Question of the week:: Summertime–what is your secret to stay cool while doing hobby?

Answer:: sitting in front of an AC unit adjusted to 64° F  (18° C).  My Hobby Studio isn’t super large so a small window unit that only pulls 4 amps and sips electricity works quite well.  I have it set to come online one hour before I need it so the room is cooled nicely when I sit down to begin.  We’ve been hovering in the low 90-93° F (33° C) so AC is needed, and this is just the begining of Summer! 🫠
