Gauls for SPQR. As an experiment, I only used Citadel Contrast paints (apart from the gold and silver). Quite basic but quick to do. 35 minis in about 10 hours.

This weekend I thought I’d add something unusual to my Frostrgrave table. Last week I finished that great bridge, which actually introduced me to the idea of frozen water… as it is too late to change the project and make Felstad to be magical Venice (which would be very cool) I rather printed rescaled Viking draakar and turned it Dutchman. So here it is, Viking Dutchman:

 

I think I may put some snow on it somewhere down the line, and maybe build a base for It to make it look more “sunk” into rest of the terrain. Other than that I need to make something to show river banks and finish my cemetery. With those finished and all the scatter I’ve collected over the years, I should be good to go.

Couple of extra characters for the Acolytes of Eligaur. Unfortunately the avalanche of tanks have had to be mothballed as I’ve just ran out of primer and I’m just gonna have to wait till payday cos there’s a whole bunch of supplies I’m needing.

On the plus side I can probably do some tests on the new CSM Slaanesh scheme instead of twiddling my thumbs. Or, like assemble ten more Leman Russ’. Something like that.
