July 10, 2026 by brennon
Wargames Atlantic has been looking ahead to what's coming down the pipeline for not only their Historical collection but also Fantasy and Sci-Fi too. It all kicks off with a new plastic set this weekend for your Egyptian Archers and Spearmen.

Sculpted by Gia Huy and Thieu Duong, this set comes with enough components for you to make twenty-four New Kingdom Egyptians that would suit battles in Egypt, the Second Syrian Campaign and the Battle of Kadesh.

Inside, you'll find enough components that allow you to build twelve Archers and twelve Spearmen/Swordsmen, depending on the style of warriors you want as part of your army. You also get the options to build a Musician, Standard Bearer and other commander figures for your infantry.

This set joins their Persians and Bronze Age Chariots and I'm sure that it will expand out as the team start to explore more of the nations and other powers of the period. They look like they would be a satisfying and easy army to paint as well. Once you've got your bronzed skin down and those white clothes, you get to have a lot of fun with gold and blue!
What's Next From Wargames Atlantic?
Following on from that, we've got all sorts of plastic boxed sets coming down the pipeline, starting from the 24th July.

Gladiators // Wargames Atlantic
Sticking with the Historical side of things, we have another First Empires set for the Warring States of China and those impressive plastic Gladiators that have come out of the Blood On The Sands arena-miniatures game.
Heading further through time, you've also got some more for the Decline and Fall collection, including these impressive Late Roman Legionaries (Lorica Squamata).

Plus, the enemies at the gates in the form of these Dark Ages Unarmoured Cavalry. Some great miniatures that could be used to represent all manner of foes of Rome during this period. They could also be used as auxiliaries if you wanted to try and prop up the Roman Empire as it crumbles.

Moving to Fantasy and helping those who want to create interesting set-ups for games like Guards of Traitor's Toll, we have a new set for your Elf and Dwarf Villagers.

And, much to the joy of a lot of folks, The Damned Infantry will also be available separately from the rest of the Death Fields and Damned range so you can pick them up for your growing armies of reprobates.

The Spare Parts Emporium also grows in size with some kitbash and customisation bitz in the form of Monstrous Mutations. They would be great alongside The Damned Infantry.

Last but not least, Rifleman Harris is also going to be coming out for the Sharpe's Rifles collection. It is on the way but the picture was quite tiny and didn't do the miniature justice. So, make sure to go back and check out these painted previews HERE to see the miniature coming your way.
