So I thought after aquick  check you that type of check when you just get your minis out and look at your work, it dawned on me I have no winter Shermans for my American Bastoyne force. So found one that would suit my American force. so a quick white wash with watered down Army Painter white and winterised, with a bit of mud mixed with snow effect product. But still need to give the tank a final brush to remove the loose stuff. So then proceeded to build an older one that woud also suit. To my horror I Found I didnt have much stowage, so I thought I would try my hand at sculpting some from green stuff, so just did some simple tarps mixed with some pre made stowage, so I think from now on me will be scuplting my own.

So I was looking at my transports and noticed that one halftrack was  looking a bit well bare, so I decided to add abit more storage and commander /machine-gunner, so i fitted it has best I could looked at it from a 3 foot rule and it looks fine so  just to prime and paint/matt varnish then all transports done.

So my Grandkids bought a M8 Greyhound after they saw me reading the Book TASK FORCE HOGAN,and i commented that i love the look of this vehicle, well to be honest the eldest Grandchild bought it. It was an Italeri version so cheaper then warlords where ever they got it from. So when opening the box it was a brown kit, but anyway, so completed, crew kitbashed from spare warlord sprues and stowage added because you have to have stowage and the side skirts /mudguards were left off like the Vehicle off the book cover.

So painted and washed and weatherd.

So got round to finishing my stewarts and M10’s. So painted with US olive drab from Vallejo, stowage grren with verious speed paint greens and khaki. Crew were painted with khaki to represent the tanker overall they worn then whole vehicle washed. Tracks were then speed painted grim black, then lead pencil highlighted, then covered with mud  effect. Then all the vehicles were washed with avery watered down army painter ancient stone to give it a dust effect over the vehicle. Decals added but not tank Identification has has looking at the resource material most tanks after one battle couldnot be made out  or then were not applied due to tank replacements.
