So earlier today there was weird rumours over at the SW:L facepage group about this URL:

I agree with you here! there is not a build up, no hype, hardly any press. the mud troopers from mimban are great but i nearly completely missed them go by!

Because asmodee.es fucked up. We were not supposed to know. Like children sneaking through the house searching for their Christmas presents before the day. It was literally a leak. Hence why they removed it again from the site.

My guess is there will be more official info in the next weeks, probably.

but there rarely is any info about upcoming releases at all.
At best there is a random squirt of info during one of their streams, but overall there appears to be complete radio silence.

The remaining squad boxes for Shatterpoint are a prime example of this.
I know the ones for the Ashoka tv-series have been announced.
And I’ve seen them for silly money on Amazon.de (because for some reason Amazon.nl doesn’t have an official Asmodee store).

While technically that could be because they’ve killed that game … you’d think they at least spent the extra resources on promoting Legion a bit more. I honestly expect a #FireSale for Legion any moment as a result.

While a leak is a leak, I have to agree with others though Atomic Mass Games have a shoddy marketting approach and the website is criminally under used.  The reliance on social media post is crap

the Dutch Asmodee site doesn’t even show Legion, Shatterpoint or the superhero version of Shatterpoint.
I guess they expect us to visit the English site to get any info on the games they don’t translate ?

I know they’re aware of the games because at the big convention they will be there and I think there’s going to be tournaments too. At least that was last year (when I stumbled upon the Shatterpoint firesale … )

The only ones worse are CGL …
