1st Corps added some new miniatures to their Early War collection for those heading to the tabletop to play World War II in 28mm scale. The new sets are led by Erin Rommel, who is keeping an eye on proceedings.

Erwin Rommel and Aide // 1st Corps

The set comes with a miniature for Johannes Erwin Eugen Rommel alongside a rather terrified looking Aide who is probably feeling a bit nervous stood next to Rommel himself. This would be a good way for you to introduce him to your Early War battles during the Invasion of France at the head of the 7th Panzer Division.

As well as that well-known German commander, we also have some bonus bits and pieces for those looking to keep the big guns firing.

Range Finder Team // 1st Corps

You can get your hands on a Range Finder Team who are doing, as you might have expected, ranging in the guns and getting ready to unleash hell on the enemy. You get three miniatures in the set, including a spotter, guide and map reader. They can then be paired with the Field Gun Crew.

Field Gun Crew // 1st Corps

This comes with a team of Field Gun operators who are loading their artillery and getting ready to blast apart tanks and dug-in infantry. Some very classic and no-nonsense 28mm-scale miniatures in metal that will get the job done for those crafting their Early War German armies. They are also available as part of a larger crew pack, which you can find HERE.

This is just one more of the additions to their expansive Early War German collection that should have you setting up the invasion of Europe.

What do you make of the new miniatures?
