Confederation of the Rhine - Anhalt Battalion
Having a change and trying to meet one of my aims for the year I dug out the Anhalt Battalion that fought as part of the Confederation of the Rhine contingent in the Peninsular War.
Different from the normal blue and white of the French forces with dark green jackets and grey trousers with a lovely pink facing colour.
The standard was from Maverick Miniatures – one of their cloth flags.
