September 29, 2026 by brennon
The folks at Warbases revealed another stunning set of 28mm-scale Table Ready Terrain to use in your Historical wargames. See what you think of their Mediterranean collection, which will be available for you to buy very soon.
Mediterranean Walled Farm // Warbases
All of the terrain that you see here is Table Ready, which means that it is pre-painted/coloured/printed. You just need to assemble the pieces and you'll be ready to go! This would be absolutely brilliant for someone wanting to play out any Historical game that features the Mediterranean prominently.
The Walled Farm would be excellent for a band of Riflemen to take cover in as they're battling the French during the Peninsular War, for example. The Terraced Houses might provide you with the backdrop for a World War II clash between the Allies and the Axis.

There are going to be fifteen different sets for you to choose from when this collection ends up on the Warbases website. You can see more of the options below, which give you enough to cover a sizable table with terrain both quickly and efficiently.
Mediterranean Buildings // Warbases
I really like that you've got plenty of depth to these buildings. You've got lots of alcoves, balconies and such that your troops and run around. It makes them much more interesting than simple boxy buildings. The construction of these buildings also looks relatively simple too, so there aren't too many layers that you're going to have to worry about.

This entire collection should have you sorted from the Napoleonic period all the way up to the modern day. I think its begging for Sharpe and friends to run around it but I could also see it being a chance for you to get into a scrap with the Italians as you bring your Allies up through the soft underbelly of Europe that was anything but!
Look out for these releasing very soon from Warbases and check out more of their Table Ready Terrain for a deep dive into their range.
