Andy opens up the Vigilant light warjack for the Protectorate of Menoth. What will he have to say about this shield-toting addition to the armies of the Lawgiver?
I’ve got one at home… Such style ! Such originality ! Those shield-fists ! Mass and grace at the same time, sharp details everywhere, posability… The plastic PP range is just amazing to model and paint. The Warmachine range is truly unique, not just steam-punk, and has a very distinctive look and feel that no other brand can capture.
Thats an awesome pose you got there. I must admit that sadly I usually assemble my models with the ‘knife and fork’ pose. That ends today! PS Dual massive shields with spikes? Can’t go wrong!
Need more Cryx in you life Andy!!!!! Undead pirates of super awsome evulness ….Need more Cryx… we get enough religious zelot types from other games already ><
Loving all the warmachine stuff on BoW lately. But… where’s the love for the Retribution? I’ve finally be getting some regular games in with them and kicking some Khador and Cygnar butt and want to hear some opinions on them. Like how awesome Dawnguard Sentinels are, or how to properly use Myrmidons… or the fact that they can recharge their shields D3 for a focus point is only mentioned in the Retribution book not on the cards. Stuff like that. 😀
Because the Retribution have their own Forces book and no entries (other than Eyriss) in the main rulebook, we’re planning something a bit special for them. 😉
All I can say at the moment is hang on, they haven’t been forgotten about. 🙂
Yesss !
I’m SO eager for that.
I always thought it was a shame that the Retribution never had a starter battlegroup… They’re awesomely designed, and they need coverage.

It’s nice to see PP putting out more plastic kits. We can only hope they follow suit with Hordes. Solid video!
Its much better seeing the model made in these videos after you’ve gone through the sprues/parts.
for 4 points you can’t go wrong.

There’s more Cryx to come… 🙂
BoW Andy
He’s good with a Mechanik or Vassal since they get iron sentinel as well.
Plus he’s one of the best 2-hand thrower in Menoth, behind the Castigator.
