Ever wanted to skip up the Yellow Brick Road? Meet the small green dudes who represent the Lollypop Guild? Befriend a flying monkey? Well, you no longer have to be in Kansas anymore. As L. Frank Baum's Oz setting has made its way onto the pages of an RPG, and it is up on Kickstarter now smashing through stretch goals at an alarming rate. 

We are heading back to the Faraway Sea from Steamforged Games, with some more incredibly adorable animals to befriend and embark on some truly magical adventures. Last week, we heard about the playable cats and dogs for the upcoming Kickstarter campaign, but this week, we will be talking about the new and exotic animals which are looking to make their debut in the game.

WizKids have been on my radar recently. With exciting upcoming announcements over the last few weeks such as Summertime and Zombie Princess and the Enchanted Maze, the newest announcement Turbo Sleuths brings mystery to the table. A puzzle speed solving game where players compete against their opponents and the clock simultaneously to solve a fun and engaging murder mystery. 

Libellud has previewed a new game from the Dixit universe. Stella: Dixit Universe is a new competitive game of interpreting wonderful artwork and scoring points for correct guesses. 

Ever thought about wanting to play Gloomhaven without having to find the space to lay out the dungeon, cards, accessories and more? Well, Joe Klipfel has designed Gloomholdin'. This fan game takes the essence of Gloomhaven and distils it down into eighteen cards and can be played in one hand.

Para Bellum Wargames has previewed another of their Artisan Series releases for Conquest. This absolutely immense Ice Jotnar will be available in resin for those Nords fans who want to show off their painting skills!

The Sci-Fi X range by TTCombat is going to be growing this weekend with a host of new kits for use in the 10mm Sci-Fi wargame, Dropzone Commander. A few Compounds were teased this week showing off the range of terrain you'll be able to snap up.

Printable Scenery has teamed up with Johnny Fraser-Allen and the team behind the amazing Hagglethorn Hollow terrain range to hit Kickstarter once more. Their hand-crafted Fantasy terrain has now been scanned and turned into high-resolution STL Files, optimised for 3D Printing at home. 

Grey For Now Games are working on their upcoming World War II wargame, 02 Hundred Hours and have now teamed up with Wargames Atlantic! Their team are going to be working with them to create plastic sets for use with this new 28mm miniatures game of stealth and subterfuge.

Building on the previously released mission, Bloody Gates, Cubicle 7 has now introduced part two of this adventure for Wrath & Glory. On The Wings Of Valkyries takes things to the next level in this grimdark Sci-Fi Warhammer 40,000 RPG.

Mantic Games used their summer preview over the weekend to showcase more on their new Sci-Fi arena-based sports game set in the Warpath universe. OverDrive is their brand new two-player game coming in September 2021.

Footsore Miniatures & Games have expanded their collection of miniatures for use in Mortal Gods. The newest releases focus more on the "Mythic" side of things for the game but there are still a few Historical options in there too.

Novac Dawn Studio, a team based out of Romania, has teamed up with the folks from Creature Caster to bring to life a big set of 32mm Fantasy miniatures. The Wolf Pack is coming to tabletops in July and it looking very nice for Werewolf fans.

Monsterpocalypse gets itself quite the interesting new miniature this month from the folks at Privateer Press. Who could say no to the Green Fury Monster that is Grizzi! 

Atomic Mass Games has been previewing more of the miniatures coming to Star Wars: Legion in the near future. The battle for Kashyyyk is raging with Wookiees joining forces with Jedi Master Yoda to try to stop the advance of Separatist forces.

Are you in the need of a new giant Green dragon? A nasty beast to meet you at the end of your Dungeons and Dragons campaign, or simply a centrepiece for your fantasy-themed diorama. WizKids has announced their pre-order for the D&D Icons of the Realms: Adult Green Dragon Premium Figure and my word, this miniature is an absolute beast. 

The core box for Arkham Horror LGC has been revisited. With improvements made to the core box, and an all-encompassing revision to improve the game even further, making this the perfect jumping-on point for new players.

Pandasaurus Games confirmed at the early stages of this year that they will be translating over some incredibly successful games. Both The Loop the board game and Wild Space the card game, are ready for pre-order and the premise of Wild Space has certainly caught my eye. As players build their own space crew to discover unfound treasures and mysteries across the untouched galaxy. 

Animal Adventures is something I always look forward to when updates rear their head. Steamforged Games have recently announced their upcoming Kickstarter, Faraway Sea, and ever since I saw a Druid Labrador in Secrets of the Gullet Cove, all I could think about is what incredible animals will be joining the RPG. 

You may have noticed, but The Other Side from Wyrd Games has been really brought into the centre of attention recently. With the recent announcement of the collaboration between Malifaux and The Other Side, as players can use their The Other Side miniatures in the more-so popular game, and the announced upcoming Starter Sets, things are evolving in the game system and they are improving for the better. 

Magic: The Gathering fans are going to be able to delve into the Dungeons & Dragons world of the Forgotten Realms in July. New decks and cards for Adventures In The Forgotten Realms are on the way and with it, ways to do a bit of dungeon delving.

WizKids has recently made an announcement that two iconic characters from the 90s will be heading up their own card game. The Fresh Prince and DJ Jazzy Jeff are heading back to Philly, and this is certainly not a story all about how the Fresh Prince's life got twist-turned upside down. Players will engage with the coolest of gangs, proving to all overseers who the one true Fresh Prince is, in the upcoming title Summertime. 

Fantasy Flight Games have got their hands in a lot of pies. When it comes to board and card game players, usually, one of their favourite games belongs to Fantasy Flight Games. My own is Lord of the Rings LCG, and I quite enjoy Arkham Horror and Keyforge too. 

Ouroboros Miniatures run a lot of Kickstarters focusing on big bespoke models for hobbyists and painters. Their upcoming campaign is no different. Sun & Moon will feature two massive 90mm miniatures for you to work on and display.
