But… Can a CD prince take CSM prince psychic powers? If they don’t, it makes no sense whatsoever.

I believe it’s slightly different. Called pavane of slaanesh or something… does the same job but less range and 1d6.
I’m no deamon player so I’m sure they can clear it up more.

You’re exactly right, it’s called Pavane of Slaanesh 18″ range, only D6 movement and no pinning test.

I’m surprised john wasn’t in this one,as we know is quite into Slanesh and Demonettes and stuff….

I am begining to despair at some of the questions in this series. Can you lash someone of the board? NO of course not it’s written in black and white with no scope for interpretation. “Victims may not be moved off the table” (p88, Lash of Submission, Chaos Marine codex.)
How on earth can someone need to ask this question? Read the ruddy rules!

deamon prince isn’t that good, once in a game he had a lash and was using it on my nightbringer, but failed to notice my scarab swarms. They managed to get into close combat and kick his ass, my mate was not pleased that his DP was owned by little scarabs.

Looks like a good technique! Always had the idea of getting some chaos at some point so I will bear that in mind!

As an Dark Angels player with the old Psykers i can only say let them come with the whips i have a good chance to block this power with my Ezekiel for example. (unlimited range and Leadership + d6) The only thing i have to do is get an higher result and the whip is blocked. And in my Opionion the Space Wolfs are much better in this, but when the power hits it can be very painful 😉

The first time it was used on me it was DEVASTATING, but now that I know about it it’s fairly simple to avoid.

this happened to me and my Orks, a couple of years ago at a GW tournament. Expect the guy had 3 Vindicators, it hurt but I did destroy all 3 vindicators and daemons, because he was moving me closer to him 🙂 I still lost the game but it was fun, especially when a Nob w/PK from a 30 boy ‘ard boyz unit smacked a Vindicator which exploded killing what little remained of the mob 🙂

Nobody seems to have noticed that it’s Psychic Powers, not Physic powers 😀 Surely physic powers are just bolters 😉

i am a big fan of the lash. there are few things funnier than lashing a squad of fire warriors or something similar towards you and then assaulting them with a defiler 🙂
