nice one! I just got myself the Iron Wolf and I am itching to throw him against cygnar^^ the torch and black ivan models are upgrade kits, are they not? got me thinking: when I order the 2 player starter set for me and a friend just order the two upgrade kits so that i have black ivan and torch instead of another destroyer and another juggernaut.
anyway I think Harkevich is quite strong but he is not that good in melee and he has to be close to the front lines to help his jacks, so he will be quite open for assasination runs. I didn’t quite get how this 3 times shooting will work, because I think the rules say that when you fire you are not allowed to charge. so 2 times okay with broadside but not 3 times. I don’t know can anybody clarify this?
other than that I like black ivan and harkevich i’m not so sure about the rest. maybe when the models are released I will change my oppinion because of some beautiful model
models with assault, or a similar rule can override the “can’t shoot and charge in the same activation”, much like when a model has virtuoso. they can make melee and ranged attacks in the same activation, despite the fact that the rules say you can’t…read the “rule priority” entry on page 29, should clear things up for you.

Harkovich was my second Wrath purchase (after the Arcantrik Force Generator) and he is AWESOME. Once Black Ivan’s kit is released here in the UK he might even take over from the Butcher as being my ‘go to’ warcaster for small/medium games.

i am currently awaiting my wrath book that’s a bit late for whatever reason. i had a couple of questions for Andy. first, why are there no pics in this wrath vid? and second, why hasin’t PP made models for the man-o-war bombadiers? are they waiting to release a multi kit or what? i hate when companies put a new unit in their books, only to not have any models for them. it’s my biggest pet peeve in our hobby.

Reason they weren’t out I’d assume has to do with release scheduals, so theres not a huge vast gap between releases for anything, just somethings things you want may come later than you’d like. I’m still waiting on a Tervigon kit for my Tyranids, thats a pretty extreme example though.
yea, i can see that i guess. as far as the tervigon goes, don’t hold your breath…instead try using a carnifex to proxy (that’s what Matt from miniwargaming does).
sorry for double posting, but just saw the pic of the man-o-war bombardiers…they’re badass. as far as the stats go, their RAT ain’t the best, but they’re so versatile, that it’s justified. besides, there are ways to improve accuracy through spells and such…
