Full Steam Punk Ahead - My First Steps into Warmachine
Khador SKS-6 Command Cadre
In my quest to duplicate the demo I enjoyed at Adepticon, I acquired the Khador command cadre. It was nice to leave the blue and toes behind and embrace red… I started, as with the previous units, with the character unit, with in this set are named the Hounds. I highly recommend painting the shields separately before assembly.
Next was Sergeant Goran Lazarenko, the Jackal! I really enjoyed the dynamic pose as well as the option to show the rocket launcher in action, even though the assembly was a bit finecky.
Next was my warcaster Kapitan Zahara Vilkul (I love that Warmachine gives names to all the miniatures , as well as backstory). I positively hated assembling the miniature, even thought the end result is quite nice. It reminded me of the most demented GW or Infinity models… So, harm yourself with patience when you build this warcaster (or be more sillfull than I).
An finally, came Razor, this unit Warjack, which was very fun to paint. As usual, paint the shield (if this device can be still called a shield) separately.
