A Village for Pillage
Fight!!! The first game.
At the third attempt I finally managed to get Pillage to the table. Historical purists look away now.
I had Saxons and Late Romans painted up. However late Romans don’t feature on the list builder I had found, so I used Carolingians instead.
The Saxon list was a bit more diverse. I was a bit worried about balance.Especially as I was trying to get my friend into the game.
A Saxon village minding it's own business It was nice to get all the bits I had been working on out and on a table.
We played at Boards and Swords in Derby.
