Rewrite to character builder and stat editor

I decided that splitting the stat editor and the character builder made things more manageable, So I now have a web based stat editor that saves a json file of the stats for the whole game, then the character editor loads that file and lets you make characters complete with card and reference sheet. Then each saved character can be added to a game legal list.
