About the Project
A couple of years ago the Squadron got involved in a ww2 wargame at armed forces day, when asked recently if there was anything new they'd like to do of a parade night someone suggested wargames. As such I'm building a couple of forces to introduce them to the game hopefully extending to a full blown campaign.

3rd times the charm for this one, I’ve painted the camouflage onto the smock and used that to help decide what equipment they’re carrying
1st Airborne make an apperance
whilst painting on the sprue may seem like anathema for most it’s the safest way to move models around various modelling spaces and still make progress without loosing small details (airfix 1/72 kits I’m cursing you still)
Band of brothers box set
The Band of Brothers box set seemed like an ideal starting point, they’re all painted and shaded, just need a matt cote and basing now.
